Under the role as the Communications Specialist, Caerus enlisted the expertise of Otherside Creative to elevate both their internal and external brand messaging and communications. Through the redesign of company web site, design and development of the Sharepoint intranet, division logos, presentation templates, and internal communication campaigns, support was given for many functions of the HR, IT, and the Executive Leadership Team including Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience, Recruiting, Benefits, as well as community building.
